How we work.
Three standard stages for every transaction. Before committing time, we verify the essential information on the asset and the counterparty.

Identify and qualify
We carry out due diligence on the asset and the business potential, followed by a review of its real market potential before moving forward.

02 Structuring
Define the deal
We define the commercial model and how to take it to market. Where needed, as with foreign companies entering Chile, we support their local structuring.

03 Execution
Support and close
We advise on the negotiation, coordinate the advisors and support the transaction through closing; if the client requires it, we lead it.

02 Capital Raising & M&A
Full or partial sale of the business, project or asset, and financing for its growth, including the sale of equity for capital.
03 Strategic Advisory
Strategic advice and business intelligence in project development and corporate governance, through a board seat or a support fee.
04 Equity Partnership
When the project warrants it, we become partners, contributing network, structure and management, with equity subject to milestone-based vesting. Defined case by case.
